Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Section 1 – Eligibility
1.1 In order to make a purchase through the Site or to use some of the services or features made available to you on our Site, you will be required to register. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself, including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number, and email address, which is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.
1.2 Should any of your registration information change in the future, you are required to amend your personal online account immediately. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Section 2 – Creating an Account
2.1 The user of this website has to set up an account before availing any online services provided through the Website. The user can create an account by entering an email address and password or by using any permitted social media website account to Sign In. The email address provided by you will be your mode of communication for all information communicated by The Trendy Perfume regarding your orders, refunds, cancellations, etc. So make sure you use a valid and correct email address for registration.

Section 3 – Pricing Policy
3.1 Product prices are displayed on the Website when clicking on a product. All the prices specified on the Website are shown in rupees (₹), including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and excluding delivery fees in cases where such fees apply. The delivery fees are specified to the Customer before the confirmation of the order and will, in the cases where they apply, be charged as a supplement.
3.2 The total amount due to be paid by the Customer, excluding delivery fees, is shown before the final confirmation of the order. The amount appears first in the “My Cart” section. The full amount, including delivery fees (where they apply), is shown in the “Order Review” section that appears after clicking on “Proceed to checkout” and after the information necessary to process the order has been filled out.
3.3 The Trendy Perfume reserves the right to modify prices at any moment while guaranteeing the application of the prevailing prices at the time of the order.
Section 4 – Product Availability
4.1 The products offered on the Website are subject to stock availability by The Trendy Perfume and/or its suppliers. If it turns out that the product ordered by the Customer is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible and will cancel the order. You will be fully refunded within 7 (seven) days after the date of the order’s payment. However, if only a part of the products ordered by the Customer is unavailable, the delivery fees paid for the products that are available and delivered will not be reimbursed.
4.2 The Trendy Perfume reserves the right to modify the catalog of products offered for sale on its website. Orders placed by the customer prior to the modifications will not be affected.
Section 5 – Ordering Process
5.1 To place and complete an order, the Customer must have an account on our website. Further, you should take notice of the terms regarding the protection of your personal information in our Privacy Policy.
5.2 As you place an order on our website, you can choose the products you wish to purchase by clicking on “Add to Cart”. After adding the products, you may choose “Continue Shopping” or “Cart & Checkout”.
5.3 All of the selected products are gathered in “My Cart.” By clicking on “My Cart,” the Customer can verify the details of their order and the total price excluding delivery fees.
5.4 After verifying the content of the “Shopping Cart,” the Customer may click on the icon “Proceed to Checkout” and enter billing, delivery, and payment information. After reviewing the order, the customer can finalize the purchase by clicking on “Place Order.”
5.5 We will confirm the order by sending an email to the email address provided by you in the billing information. A second email will be sent when the order is dispatched.
Section 6 – Cancelling Orders
6.1 If you wish to cancel an order, please write to us at customer@thetrendyperfume.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
6.2 Refunds of your canceled order may take up to 7 days (excluding bank holidays) to be refunded back to your original mode of payment.
6.3 Any Credit Card convenience fees will not be refunded as they are charged by the payment gateway.
6.4 You will only be able to cancel the order as a whole and not partially.
Section 7 – Payment
7.1 The action of confirming an order obliges the Customer to pay the price of the ordered products and the related delivery fees where these apply. The Customer declares and guarantees that they have the necessary means and authority to use the applied payment method.
7.2 The only payment method accepted on the Website is Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers must pay in cash at the time of delivery. Customers are advised to keep the exact amount ready for a smooth transaction.
